Yes, I think I’m funny with the title. But I just wanted to tell a quick story. Stay with me.
BEFORE WE START, HAVE YOU READ: EXCLUSIVE PICTURES FROM THEARTOFADE.COM 2ND ANNIVERSARY / THE SOFT TOUCH CONCERT
It usually starts as an idea. Ah yes! A fine, hopeful firing of cells in the part of your brain that people would soon call your “great mind”, but for now let’s just call it your mind. And if you’re lucky, I mean if you are a whole different kind of lucky, you write it down immediately without any doubt and you start pushing because you are all you need, and you know what let me get back on track. But maybe you have doubts and you haven’t the means to stay awake to push for your dreams. And that’s the end, a sad quiet death.
Have a good day.

Sighs, OK I’ll be serious.
But if the idea is heavy enough and your mind loud enough, you can’t go back to sleep so there are no new dreams. No, this one is keeping you awake and you feel it deep inside that you have to do it. You set out. Quiet moves, conversations and consultations. Truth is, no one can ever really say that you are working until you start but it would be foolhardy to just jump in, Andy Tennant taught you so much better. The page that had just the initial idea becomes a whole mess of how’s, the who’s, the what’s, and the what if’s. Truly, someday, oh on a bright some day, you share your idea with the world.
But don’t forget, you are still growing. Everyday. And three years later, you are on the first page of one of the greatest stories of your time; of your life. Today, you remind the world that you are growing, your pen writes better, your story is better looking. Most importantly, you never gave up.
Happy Birthday to this dream that is TheArtOfAde.
